- Customers — register in the mobile app with phone OTP. No portal step required.
- Drivers — complete KYC on this portal, then sign into the driver app with the same phone number. Going online is blocked until an admin approves your documents.
- Businesses — submit company details and requested API scopes. After approval, ops provisions an API key and webhook endpoint.
